Overview
The ADC Americas Discovery Center sell sheet was designed to promote the experience center as more than just a physical location. The goal was to create a polished marketing piece that captured the feeling of the space while clearly communicating its purpose, value, and visitor experience.
Challenge
The Americas Discovery Center needed collateral that could help explain the experience before someone entered the space. The challenge was to balance practical information with visual storytelling, making the center feel engaging, credible, and worth visiting.
Strategy
I approached the sell sheet as a preview of the experience itself. Rather than only listing features, the design was built to guide the viewer through the feeling of the center: arrival, interaction, discovery, and engagement.
The layout, imagery, and visual details were chosen to reflect the environment of the space. Even elements like the seating on the front side were intentionally included to connect the printed piece back to the actual visitor experience.
Execution
The final piece combined clean layout design, structured messaging, and visual cues from the physical space. I focused on creating a clear hierarchy so the piece could work quickly in a sales conversation while still feeling immersive and considered.
The sell sheet was designed to function as both a marketing overview and a sales support tool, giving teams a professional asset to introduce the center to customers, partners, or internal stakeholders.
Impact
The final collateral helped package the ADC Americas Discovery Center into a more compelling and easy-to-understand experience. It translated the physical environment into a polished marketing piece that could support outreach, sales conversations, and brand storytelling.
