Overview
JD Watches needed an existing 13-slide partnership prospectus redesigned while preserving its core messaging. The presentation had to move cohesively from the company’s heritage and business growth into its audience, event concept, and value for prospective partners.
The Challenge
The original presentation contained the necessary information but relied on a dark, repetitive layout system with limited photography and dense content treatments. The challenge was to create a more elevated and visually varied presentation without losing clarity or changing the central message.
The Approach
I developed a cream, black, and gold editorial direction inspired by luxury publishing and watch advertising. I established a new typography hierarchy, modular grid, and consistent image treatment, then rebuilt key sections using charts, iconography, structured callouts, and more intentional pacing.
Image-led layouts were balanced with restrained information slides, allowing each section to have its own visual character while remaining connected to the broader presentation system.
The Outcome
The completed redesign established a more premium and cohesive visual system across brand storytelling, business information, event positioning, and partnership messaging. The initial 13-slide redesign was delivered within three days, followed by a round of minor client-requested revisions.
